My wife and I had a smooth transition moving into our new townhome thanks to everyone at TW, thank you Damari and everyone else who made this transition as pleasant as possible. I definitely recommend this neighborhood to anyone who is looking for a new home. They will do everything in their power to help you move in thanks again guys. We are very happy with our rental and with the TW Quinn community overall. Damaris Rosa was very helpful and professional. She provided all the information we needed and made the process very easy.

I don’t reside at TW Quinn Residences yet however, this review is it of appreciation for the amazing staff TW has! I had the pleasure of speaking to Damaris via phone and email and she was knowledgeable and quick to respond with my questions. She has been the best help ever! I also had the pleasure of speaking with Laura and she definitely made me feel that TW townhomes is where my family and I will proceed to move to. Laura was so knowledgeable, charismatic and so kind! She answered all my questions with such care and compassion and made me feel that my presence in the community will be valued and not just another price tag. Laura was so sweet but in a very professional manner that made me feel her friendly attitude, love and care for what she does. I am pleased with my experience thus far. I wanted to hold TW townhomes to a higher standard due to location but also my negative experience with leasing agents at our current community made me very nervous, that fear went away immediately with how compassionate the team has been with me. Damaris and Laura, thank you for your hospitality. Your level of professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional service does not go unnoticed and can be felt even through a screen. It has been an honor working with Laura and the team as my husband and I transition into our new home. We found this property via an online search and didn’t know what to expect. We decided to stop by the property to take a look and by my surprise, Laura welcomed us in to conduct a tour. The rest was history. My husband and I toured another home on this same day. We left the community with that feeling you get knowing, “this is the one”. It didn’t take us long to decide and we chose this community for our new home. Laura has been amazing to work with in ensuring the process went smooth. We have a few more days before our big move and we can’t wait to be a part of this community.
